A not-for-profit or non-profit corporation is not incorporated for a purpose or purposes involving pecuniary profit, incidental or otherwise.
METROPOLITAN ASSET DEVELOPMENT, INC. is a nonprofit charitable corporation registered, effective November 20, 2006, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This corporation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988 for public and charitable purposes.
The specific purpose of this corporation is to provide arts and cultural program development assistance and human and economic resource development and program administration.

I established this 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit corporation to provide full spectrum resource development throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the next three years, and then to expand into the tri-state area of New Jersey and Delaware over the course of the next ten years.
This organization fosters the achievement of human potential and the cultural development of the region through direct service provision to challenged individuals, including people in recovery, ex-offenders and other “special needs” citizens. Through program and individual assistance, Metropolitan Asset Development, Inc. provides the essential developmental tools necessary for re-entry, pre-vocational and social interaction skills. AT NO COST TO THE CLIENT - EVER!!!
Our facility development component has identified target locations to open community-based multi-cultural sites and structures that allow for community gatherings, educational aspects and “hands on” tools for creative and economic development on a personal level. These opportunities include recording studios, visual arts productions spaces, meeting rooms, class rooms and computers with internet access.
It is in “paying it forward” that each of us can meet the present state of the region with hope, and offer our best use as members of society in helping those who may appear to be less fortunate, unfairly challenged or simply those who have “fallen through the cracks”. Human resource development is the foundation to all our affairs and services. One-to-one applications are the mainstay of our operation. We are very successful.
